This method focuses on dry brining + airflow + temperature control to get real crisp, not rubbery skin.

🔥 Ingredients (1.1kg wings):
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
🔥 PelletSmoker Method:
150°C (300°F) → slow render
Finish at 205°C (400°F) → ultra crisp skin
