🚫 Don’t let a tight back and shoulders slow you down! Grab a chair or a wall and try this quick stretch!
➡️ Tips:
Sit or stand an arms length away from the wall
Reach your hands up the wall and keep your arms engaged
Slowly lengthen your chest forward and up until you feel a gentle stretch
Move within your own range of motion
Keep your navel to spine with core engaged
As you lift your chest forward and up, stretch your hips back
Lengthen your spine in both directions
Gradually increase range of motion
Reps:
⏰ Hold for 3 seconds and repeat up to 3x
