Today, I made another Chef Thomas Keller recipe! This recipe is from his masterclass, red wine braised short ribs with polenta!
It was one of Chef Keller's recipes that I really wanted to try to make, because I wanted to see the difference between countless red wine braises I've done prior to this point.
I followed every step and every ingredient to the dot (even used his stocks!) to compare, and it did not disappoint!
