►The Sensual Motion Retreat is an experience dedicated to tapping into the Devine feminine of every woman. The retreat takes place over the course of two days as we delve in to show you how to harness and access the many ways you can manifest any and all of what is desired in life, simply by becoming more in tune with self. We utilize techniques based in meditation, chakra alignment, yoga, dance, and various writing mechanics.
►The first day will begin with a welcome and sunrise meditation. This beautiful experience will recharge your vitality for life. We will walk through various breathing techniques that will enable you to fully immerse yourself into the foundations of meditation. Even if you have never meditated before, or if you have ever been afraid it would be "boring" we promise you it will be an experience you will want to try again. Our team will then aid you with yoga on the beach. Beginners are welcome as these yoga based stretches will enable anyone to start on their yoga journey. And for all of the advanced yogis we have variations for you as well! Feminine movement through dance has been a sacred practice in many cultures. Dancing for fertility and even rain. We will dance for happiness! Taking you through movement and motion that willl make your hips smile and thank you. Food is always a welcomed intermission and we will make sure you are fed and recharged for the following day.
►Day two will tackle more of the mental fortitudes it requires to manifest your passions in life. We will take a journey together asking the hard question "what do I TRULY want out of life?" And we will show you what steps to take to get there! We have amazing strategy experts that will be working with you In various break out session delving deep into the art of success. As well as discussing the power of your womb and chakra alignment to fully become in tune with your mind.
