These total body medicine ball exercises make up a great workout using a wall to do med ball exercises that work all your muscles. This is a quick but complete total body medicine ball workout that is actually fun to do! Susan calls it her wall ball workout because all you need is a ball and a wall to do it.
For each of the medicine ball exercises in this wall workout, you’ll do 10-12 reps before moving on to the next. If you are a beginner, you can shoot for 1-2 rounds of the entire medicine ball workout. If you are more advanced, try for 3-4 rounds of these wall ball exercises.
