Try out this high protein blueberry crumble. Im sure you'll have these ingredients handy. Let me know if you'd like to see more recipes like this one and I'll post more !
Per serving:
250 calories| 16g protein| 27g Carbs|9g Fat
***This recipe makes 2 servingsif you eat the whole thing then the macros are
500 calories| 33g protein| 54g carbs| 18g fat
For the crumble:
1/4c oats
1/4c almond flour
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1 tap vanilla extract
5-6 tbsp of water
Cooking spray(optional)
Filling:
1c of blueberries
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Combine all of the filling ingredients and set to the side
1. Combine all the crumble ingredients, this is supposed to be a little moist more on the crumbly side
3. Put filling in a oven safe dish and top it off with the crumble I sprayed a little but of oil on the top just so that it can get a little crispy
4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20min or until top looks slightly golden. To get it a little more crispy I recommend putting it in the broiler for 2 min. Unfortunately my dish isn’t broiler safe 😭
5. Cool down cut your portion and enjoy! Might pair up well with some ice cream
