It was a vision by Frank Woodard and Al Curran many years ago that they're inextricably linked functions and you can do engineering in a vacuum and you're not going to get as good of a solution. You do operations in a vacuum without the engineering and you don't get as good of a solution. When you're doing engineering design and you have operator input, you actually come out with a better result, a better project in the end because you're optimizing the money in and the money out and you're taking into account all the things that can happen further down the road.
