These ribs are the best you could ever make in your own home.
Inspired by the @MadScientistBBQ made for those who have a Weber Kettle. Thank you Jeremy!
Ingredients-
St. Louis style ribs
50/50 Kosher Salt and Course Black Pepper
Apple cider vinegar and water for spraying
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ and distilled vinegar for the BBQ sauce. Use any BBQ sauce you’d like (BBQ sauce is optional)
Equipment-
Weber Kettle (I used a 26 inch kettle)
Briquettes
Wood chunks of your choice. Hickory and cherry were used in the video. Be creative!
Slow n’ Sear basket
2 Tongs, one for food and one for handling coals
Chimney starter
Lighter
Fire starter of your choice, I used a tumble weed.
Butcher paper
Safety gloves
Black rubber gloves handling food
Temper reader for measuring ambient temps
Thermo pen with prob to check for doneness
