Ingredients 🛒
150g dark chocolate (70 - 80%)
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp natural pistachio butter
2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp unsalted pistachios, chopped
Pinch of sea salt
Method 👩🍳
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil.
Mix the tahini, pistachio butter and desiccated coconut to form the filling.
Spoon about 1 tsp of the melted chocolate into each of the 12 mini muffin moulds and coat he bottom and sides.
Freeze for 5 min.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of filling mixture into each of the chocolate lined moulds.
Top with extra melted chocolate to enclose the filling.
Sprinkle with the sea salt and chopped pistachios.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
