Hey guys :)
Tonight I thought I'd show you my recipe for traditional fish cakes....nothing fancy, but super tasty! Very popular in the UK and ever so easy to make....inexpensive too :)
Here's what you'll need guys if you decide to give it a go....this recipe will make 4 big fish cakes :)

Shopping List:
900g of fish, I’m using smoked haddock
20g parsley
2 eggs
800g mashed potato (cooled down)
Milk which you may not need only if your mixture is too dry!
150g breadcrumbs
50g plain flour which has a pinch f salt and pepper added
