EMOM Workout – Light Weights Only Interval Training – Build Strength & Endurance

Workout Description: An acronym for “every minute on the minute,” EMOM workouts challenge you to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. The remaining time within the minute serves as your recovery. This total body routine includes 8 exercises and 2 rounds as well as a warm-up and a cool down.
Warm Up
EMOM Circuit (repeat twice)
• Squats with Pulses (10 reps)
• Reverse Fly (20 reps)
• Lunge to Curtsey (20 reps per side)
• Push Press (24 reps)
• Chest Fly (20 reps)
• Dead Bug (28 reps)
• Single Leg Glute Bridge (12 reps per side)
• Pop Squat (24 reps)
