They might "accidentally" like a photo of yours from three years ago.
They might post a song you both loved with a vague caption.
They might wear a shirt you gave them in a photo with their New Supply.

These are not accidents. They are calculated mixed signals. They want you to reach out to them. They want you to ask, "Why did you post that?" so they can gain the upper hand and treat you with disdain. But here is the beauty of your situation: You didn't notice. You didn't ask.
