Kneeling Cable Core Rotations with Bar

Описание: Use a bar attachment and a cable machine and set it up so the bar is at chest level when you are in a kneeling position. Set an Airex pad or other cushion on the ground a few feet away from the machine and kneel with your inside knee down on the pad and your opposite leg out in front of you and foot flat on the ground. Keep your hips level and torso up tall. Squeeze your glutes, draw your belly button in and hold onto the bar with both hands in an overhand grip. Squeeze your shoulder blades back and down and rotate the bar across your midline using your core muscles as demonstrated while keeping the rest of your body stationary (don’t let your knee wobble in and out or your foot roll. Do not jerk the bar). Return to the starting position under control draw your core in tight and repeat.
