his guided meditation invites you to soften your body, calm your nervous system, and return to a sense of safety and ease. We’ll move slowly through the body — relaxing the shoulders, opening the chest, releasing the belly, and melting tension all the way down into the legs and feet.
This practice is ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or mentally “on” after a long day. Through soft breathing, mindful awareness, and extended pauses, you’re guided into a state of deep relaxation where the body can truly let go.
As you follow the scan, you may notice sensations such as warmth, heaviness, tingling, or a gentle sense of spaciousness. These are natural signs of the nervous system settling and the body moving toward rest and regulation.
