This is a full chest-focused training session, exactly how I structure workouts for myself and my clients.
The goal of this session was controlled tempo, deep stretch, and full contraction — no wasted reps. I walk through my exercise selection, sequencing, and the intent behind each movement.
Workout Breakdown:
1. Standing Cable Fly
Superset with Band Deficit Push-Ups
2. Plate-Loaded Incline Press
3. Gym 80 Neutral-Grip Press / Fly
4. Pec Deck (Upper Inner Focus)
5. Neutral-Grip Plate-Loaded Shoulder Press
6. Lateral Raise Machine
I finish the session with posing to reinforce mind–muscle connection and assess the pump and fatigue.
