Border czar Tom Homan on Jan. 29 brought news of cooperation and progress in his discussions with Minnesota officials. He said they've agreed to honor ICE detainers in prisons, which will allow for a drawdown of federal agents, adding that they're not surrendering, but doing it smarter.
