🍳 Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
• Daikon radish … 4 cm piece
• Pork belly … 100 g
• Green onions … to taste
• Garlic … 1 clove
• Sesame oil … 1 tbsp
• Sugar … 1 tsp
• Dashi powder … 1 tsp
• Water … 200 ml
[Miso Seasoning Mix]
• Cooking sake … 1 tbsp
• Mirin … 1 tbsp
• Miso paste … 1 tbsp

🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Cut the daikon into 1 cm thick slices and quarter them
2️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the daikon
3️⃣ Add sugar, dashi powder, and water
4️⃣ Add pork belly and garlic, stir until the meat changes color
5️⃣ Add the seasoning mix and simmer until the daikon becomes tender
6️⃣ Serve and top with chopped green onions
