Today we're making Bitterkoekjes!
These cookies are famous here in the netherlands. They are called bitterkoekjes because back in the day they were made with bitter almonds. We eat them all the time with a cup of coffee or tea or just as it is!

Ingredients:
Almond flour= 150g
Icing sugar= 150g
Almond extract= 2 teaspoons
Egg whites= 2 from medium to large size eggs
Oven temperature and time:
200 degrees celcius for around 13 minutes (check on the colour)
