I caught Escanaba & Lake Superior Railroad ELS 400 and 1221 just north of Iron Mountain, MI and followed them south to Pembine where they began switching cars. Their load of Smart Siding needed to be placed on the CN interchange, plus they had freight to get too. At one point the conductor was kicking cars, that was pretty cool to watch! Afterwards they continued on towards Crivitz, WI with a load of propane. BTW - We're expecting between 2-3FT of snow Sunday to Monday!
