Perturbation = fancy word for “something knocks you off balance” (not just you wobbling on your own).
Life perturbs us. Constantly. 😅
So I use movement to train for it — not to escape it.
Like: a resistance band yanking me sideways so my brain & body have to DEAL.
This chaos is good for you:

• Boosts coordination & balance ⚖️
• Makes your brain more adaptable
• Trains you to stay chill under pressure 😎
