The highlight of this event was Andrew Sherman, a manager at the Home Office, sharing his story about becoming visually impaired at the age of 18.
He gave us an insight into the challenges of thriving at work when you are Registered Blind or have a visual impairment of any kind. And he described the solutions he uses day to day.
