You’ve officially leveled up your performance without the burnout—optimizing your mechanics and unlocking that next tier of functional power.
How to Keep Moving Forward:
This isn't "goodbye"—it's "see you soon." You now have the tools to coach yourself to confidence! I encourage you to keep these videos in your weekly rotation to maintain the resilience you’ve built. Try them again with a slightly heavier set of dumbbells or test your balance by using the chair a little less each time.
