Ontario doctors sound the alarm on back-to-school health and safety

Trendy gadgets like e-scooters may seem like a fun way to get to and from school, but emergency departments are seeing an uptick in collisions involving them. Addictions specialists are also sounding the alarm on the use of ZYNs– flavoured nicotine pouches teens can inconspicuously tuck behind their lip during class time. Top Ontario doctors can offer insight into these new pressures youth are facing at school and some helpful tips to keep them safe and healthy.
