Flying a Cirrus SR20 in Australia from Moorabbin Airport to Bendigo. This video shows the departure from Moorabbin, tracking to Sugarloaf Reservoir, overtaking a Cessna up the VFR lane to Kilmore, then tracking direct to Bendigo.
A beautiful clear day in Victoria for my first solo flight in the Cirrus SR20. I was getting familiar with the GPS and Autopilot on this flight which I think are fantastic. Once the track is setup and your checks are done, you can focus so much more on traffic separation and situational awareness.
Aircraft was VH-TDS, a Cirrus SR20 G2, hired through Blue Demon Aviation at Moorabbin.
