Epic scenic flight - Great Ocean Road Twelve Apostles

Описание: Flying low level along the Great Ocean Road in Australia, getting some great views of the Twelve Apostles rock formations off the coastline. Flying a Cirrus SR20 from Moorabbin Airport to Warrnambool under the Visual Flight Rules.

I fly IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) in the Cirrus quite a lot but today decided to take a scenic flight along the coast flying VFR instead. This pilot vlog includes the departure from Moorabbin Airport, flying visual along the coastline, tips on traffic and mechanical turbulence, plus low level flying along the coast and our arrival at Warrnambool. Then I take a look around Warrnambool and get some cool drone footage over the ocean and check out the island where the Australian movie Oddball was filmed.
