Описание: This Crab Fried Rice is so simple to make that you can whip it up in 30 mins or less. This classic Thai comfort food meal combines the sweetness of lump crab meat with the savory goodness of fried rice.

Ingredients
16 oz lump crab meat, cooked and picked through
4 c cooked white rice, cooled preferably leftover rice
1 tsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsp ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp white pepper
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2-4 tbsp soy sauce
2-4 dry Thai chili, optional
2 tbsp accent salt, more to taste
3 eggs ,beaten
2-4 tbsp thinly sliced scallions, green parts
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Serve with lime wedges and cucumber slices

Spicy Yum Yum Sauce
Ingredients
2 c mayonnaise
¼ c water
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp hot sauce, sriracha, or sweet chili, (omit for no spice)
