1 lbs lean ground beef or ground turkey (use 2 lbs if you don’t use sausage)
1 lbs ground sausage (optional)
1 large onion, diced
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp granulated onion
1 tbsp cajun seasoning blend
1 small red bell pepper, diced
½ tsp Italian blend seasoning
½ tsp basil (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
3-4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, garnish
2-3 c. tomato sauce (I used prego)
6 oz cream cheese
2 oz garlic herb blend cream cheese
1 c parmesan cheese or cheese blend
¼ c sour cream
1 c ricotta cheese
1 c mozzarella or cheese blend

Cheese blend (optional)
½ c parmesan
½ c parmigiano Reggiano
½ c mozzarella
½ monterey jack
