Work has a way of revealing who we really are.
Today, we work in organisations where the right thing is not always clear, and the easy thing is rarely the honest thing. Pressure is subtle. Expectations are unspoken. Compromises often arrive disguised as normal practice.
In tomorrow's session, we will bring real workplace dilemmas into the room. Real situations where your job, values, responsibilities and future feel tangled.
We will think together about what integrity looks like when the cost feels real.
If you have ever said “it is complicated” about a work decision, tomorrow is your space.
