You take inventory of your daily stressors and start actively resetting your nervous system. Simple tools work:
Prayer or quiet mindfulness
Slow morning + evening walks
Deep breathing (4 seconds in, 6 seconds out × 10)
These activate your vagus nerve, calm cortisol, and support thyroid healing.
