Ingredients:
1 package of frozen corn
1/2 cup of mayo
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tsp of lime juice
Smoked Paprika
Black Pepper
Garlic Salt
Salt
Cotija Cheese
Cilantro
Method:
Cook corn according to package instructions.
In a large bowl, mix corn, sour cream, mayo and lime juice. Stir so that each kernel of corn is well coated.
Season with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and cilantro. Stir to mix well and stir in shredded Cotija cheese.
Top corn with shredded Cotija cheese, smoked paprika and cilantro.
Serve and Enjoy!
