A workout you can do entirely on the floor, including warm-up and cooldown.
PREPARATION:
Make sure you have enough space around you.
No equipment needed, but a few optional items include:
1. Floor Mat.
2. Cushion for Piston Kicks, Fan Kicks and Bird Dogs.
3. Resistance Band for Glute Bridges and Piston Kicks.
4. A heavy item for Glute Bridges.
Warmup movements:
Arm Lift.
Double Lucky.
Knee Tuck.
Hip Swirl.
WORKOUT:
45 seconds work, 15 second rest.
1:15 to recover between sets.
6 minutes per round.
1-3 rounds.
1. Glute Bridge
2. Piston Kick
3. Y T A
4. Fan Kick
5. Bird Dog
COOLDOWN:
1: Windmill
2: Knee Tuck
3: Arm Raises
