8 weeks ago Alice and Sarah were pretty evenly matched over 5k, running 21:53 versus 22:06. Since then they’ve followed the exact same training plan for 8 weeks to answer the question: if two people follow the same training plan, will they improve by the same amount? At the end of this video we finally get the answer to this question when they take on an intense final 5k time trial.
