*Recipe : Chicken Pepper Dry
Ingredients:
1) Chicken : 1/2 kg
Masala :
1) Pepper seeds : 1 tsp
2) Coriander seeds : 1/2 tsp
3) Cumin seeds : 1/2 or 1/4 tsp
4) Fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp
Dry roast all the above ingredients in low flame . Keep it aside to cool. Then put the above ingredients in a mixer and make smooth powder of it . (75 % powder )
Process :
To boil the chicken :
1) Put some oil (cooking )
2) Add curry leaves
3) Add unpeeled garlic cloves : 10
4) Take some curry leaves and garlic and keep it aside .
5) Add 2 red chilly whole
6) 5 to 6 garlic finely chopped
7) Add 1 inch finely chopper ginger
8) Add 3 green chilly and fry
9) Now add 1 finely chopped onion
10) Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
11) Once the onion turns into golden brown colour , add chicken
12) Once the chicken boiled 90 % , add the home made pepper masala
13) After 5 min add curry leaves and coriander leaf and close the lid and cook for 2 min.
Now tasty 😋Chicken Pepper dry ready to taste.
