This 1,400 sqm residential project was designed for comfort, style, and space. Key features include:

High-ceiling living and dining spaces
Elevator servicing all floors
5 spacious bedrooms
7 bathrooms
Third-floor mini bar and lounge area

While not all areas were rendered in this presentation, the final design also includes:
Gym and Sauna
Home Office
Roof Deck with Outdoor Lounge

📐 This project is a blend of modern luxury and practical design, tailored for a large family home in an urban setting.
