Описание: In this video, I break down a post-Christmas Friday delivery day in Las Vegas that started with frustrating shop-and-pay orders and ended with a steady but slow rainy dinner shift.

This video matters because it shows how even on a Friday — especially after a holiday — volume and availability can shift, and flexibility becomes more important than sticking to one plan.

The day started with a lunch shift near the Strip, running about 3 hours, covering roughly 21 miles, and completing 5 orders. Early in the shift, I accepted a double shop-and-pay for the same customer, but the first store didn’t have the required items. After dropping that order, I moved to the second shop-and-pay location — and that store also didn’t have what was needed.

Both shop-and-pay orders ended up being dropped, which slowed momentum early. Instead of leaving the area, I stayed near the same location and was able to pick up several regular orders from that zone. Lunch finished with a little over $50 earned.

Later in the evening, I transitioned to the west side home zone for dinner. Dinner ran about 3 hours, covered roughly 17 miles, and included 3 deliveries. It was lightly raining, but volume wasn’t as strong as expected. Dinner wrapped up with about $35 and change.

By the end of the day, total earnings came out to a little over $103.
