Easy Egg White Wrap Recipe - DIY for Carnivore Diet, Keto, Gluten Free

Описание: This quick and easy egg white wrap recipe is a firm favorite in our house. I've shared the recipe a couple of years ago, but wanted to make a better video!

I usually use one fresh egg in the recipe also as the wraps brown better, but if doing the PSMF, then you don't want the fat in the yolks and the basic recipe is the best option.

And here's the recipe:
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of water
6 tablespoons egg white powder - https://amzn.to/3VwWd0x
2 tablespoons 100% gelatin (no sulphur) - https://amzn.to/3TQ5UpK
Salt to taste

Mix well until a batter is formed. Place required amounts on a griddle or frying pan, spread to required thickness and cook both sides.
