Shrimp Couscous

Описание: I found this recipe a few years ago and thought it was surprisingly simple and tasty. I’ve been making this shrimp couscous for a while now and my boyfriend and I always enjoy it. We often keep some shrimp in the freezer, so this is a dish that is pretty easy to put together on a whim. Watch this video to see how to make shrimp couscous. One change that I did make to the original recipe was using a whole avocado for the dressing, I’ve never used anything less.
