These Daoist self cultivation practices were taught to me and members of our China Qigong Study Tours in 1999 and 2000 when we studied at the Purple Cloud Temple at Wudang Mountain in China.

We where taught by Daosit Master Zhong Yun Long. Both practices help activate the Heavenly Orbit and stimulate our whole energy system, this helps release stress, increases health and longevity and develops spiritual awareness
