尤其在冷冽的冬日下品嚐一口軟Q軟Q的魚板以及一杯鮮甜香氣的熱高湯🌫️
內心幸福感爆棚❤️沒有人會抗拒這個平凡卻美好的滋味吧?
📌使用材料:
▸ 魚板6-7串
▸ 白蘿蔔
▸ 蒜頭
▸ 青蔥
▸ 洋蔥
▸ 昆布
▸ 豉油
▸ 芝麻油
📌步驟:
1. 將青蔥切斜段,蒜頭切末,白蘿蔔切塊
2. 將魚板用竹籤串起
3. 鍋內放入一匙麻油、蒜末,稍微拌炒後加入白蘿蔔
4. 加入水淹過食材,放入昆布、蔥段燉煮
5. 再加入兩碗水繼續燉煮
5. 將蔥段、昆布撈出
6. 煮滾後加入魚板
7. 起鍋前加入豉油、鹽、胡椒調味,即可完成

Fish cake
White radish
Garlic
Onion
Green onion, thinly sliced
Kombu/Dried kelp
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
(Optional) fine sea salt to taste
(Optional) Dried broth anchovies

𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐊𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐅𝐈𝐒𝐇 𝐂𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐏

1. Peel and cut white radish in the appropriate size.
2. String the fish cake with bamboo sticks.
3. Put a spoonful of sesame oil and minced garlic in the pot, stir fry for a while, add white radish.
4. Add water to the ingredients, dried kelp, and chopped green onion, and stir well. Boil the radish and anchovy for a further 10 mins.
5. Remove dried kelp, anchovies, and green onion.
6. Add two more bowls of water and continue to simmer for another 10 mins. Once boiled, reduce the heat to medium. Add the fish cakes into the soup then boil until they are soft and the flavour from the soup has soaked up (about 3 to 5 mins).
7. Add in soy sauce, salt for taste. Sprinkle a few cracks of ground black pepper and green onions just before serving.
