Delicious Chilli Paneer Restaurant Recipe: Indian Street Food at Chit Chaat Chai Restaurant, London.

Описание: In this video we are very lucky to be once again allowed a peek inside Chit, Chaat Chai's kitchen, the chef is kind enough to share his recipe secrets for making his restaurant's version of Chilli Paneer; it's a very popular Indian Street Food style Indo / Chinese dish...........this was our order and we can confirm that it was absolutely delicious!!! The Paneer was crispy on the outside & nicely soft on the inside with a well balanced level of spices.

Recipe Ingredients used:
Sliced Spring Onion.
Paneer Cubes (first seasoned with Corn Flour) & then fried.
Sliced Red Onion.
Vegetable Oil.
Red & Green Capsicum.
Chilli Sauce.
Red Chilli Flakes.
Fresh Green chopped Coriander.
Finely chopped Green Chilli (we choose not to have this; so in the video you won't see it used).
