Advance Directives Information Session- February 26, 2026
Planning ahead helps ensure your voice—and your loved one’s voice—is heard. Join us for an informative session focused on advance directives, including living wills, health care agents, and supported decision-making options.
This session is designed for individuals with disabilities, family members, and caregivers who want to better understand how to plan for medical and legal decisions in a way that respects autonomy, choice, and dignity. We’ll break down complex information into plain language and share practical examples to help families feel more confident navigating these important decisions.
Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of:
What advance directives are and why they matter
Options for decision-making and support
How to start conversations and next steps for planning
