DIY Extruder Line 6 Kg Puller Assembly-Automatic filament diameter control
In this video I show you the assembly of my puller with the measuring units for measuring the automatic filament thickness measurement. This is also one of the differences between my 5 kg Diy Extruder Line and the 6 kg Diy Extruder Line. When everything is running, the filament is measured in 2 directions and the mean value is transferred to the controller. Then the puller runs fast or slower. After X seconds the puller measures and readjusts again.

In diesem Video zeige ich euch die Montage meines Puller mit den Messeinheiten für die Messung die Automatische Filamentstärken messung. Das ist auch einer der Unterschiede zwischen meinem 5 Kg Diy Extruder Line und der 6 Kg Diy Extruder Line. Wenn alles läuft wird das Filament gemessen in 2 Richtungen und der Mittelwert wird an die Steuerung übergeben. Dann läuft der Puller schnell oder langsamer. Nach X Sekunden wird dann wieder gemessen und nachgestellt.
