Welcome to this short tutorial that will help you roll over your toes when transitioning from Chaturanga to Up Dog and from Up Dog to Down Dog. I struggled with this for many years, but when I finally figured out how to properly position my feet, this became very easy! I realized the way I had been doing it was much harder!
