Ugandan MPs Thursday argued that the international Criminal Court is still relevant and vital to Africa. Their comments come as President Museveni accuses the ICC of not being fair to African countries. Meanwhile Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga has urged the court to implement post-war conflict solutions and extol fairness. Maurice Ochol has that report.
