During the course, we explore the foundational teachings of Trika Shaivism (Non-dual Shaivism of Kashmir). The word Trika means “Triple”, because this system teaches about the triad and inseparable unity of Śiva (the Self), Śakti (the Power of the Self), and nara (the human being). In short: the human being is essentially the Self Himself, and the direct recognition of this mysterious Truth is called Liberation.

Robert Bhāskara studied Non-dual Shaivism of Kashmir for more than six years with his former spiritual master, Guru Gabriel Pradīpaka. He currently holds weekly Satsaṅga-s and teaches Trika Shaivism independently, along with the basics of the Sanskrit language.
