Changing the belt is an easy task and requires no special tools. You'll need to remove the covers under the engine to get access from below. While you're at it, replace the idler pully as well. The bearings eventually go on these and they're not expensive. The diagram as well as pictures of the pulleys - idler tensioner, AC compressor, crankshaft & power steering pump are shown in the video. There is no alternator pulley for IMA Insight.

Steps:
1. Open the hood/bonnet.
2. Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.
3. Lift the car using a jack or place it over an inspection pit.
4. Undo the fasteners of the oil pan lower cover. Use a Phillips screwdriver. Use a clip removal
tool.
5. Unscrew and remove the wheel arch cover fasteners. Use a clip removal tool.
6. Remove the wheel arch cover.
7. Pull aside the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley. Use a combination spanner #14.
8. Remove the V-ribbed belt.
9. Return the tensioner pulley to its initial position.
10. Install the V-ribbed belt.
11. Pull aside the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley. Use a combination spanner #14.
12. Place the V-ribbed belt on the tensioner pulley.
13. Return the tensioner pulley to its initial position. Use a combination spanner #14.
14. Run the engine for a few minutes. This is necessary in order to make sure that the component
operates properly.
15. Shut off the engine.
16. Install the wheel arch cover to its mounting seat.
17. Install and tighten the wheel arch cover fasteners.
18. Tighten the fasteners of the oil pan lower cover. Use a Phillips screwdriver.
19. Lower the car.
20. Remove the fender protection cover.
21. Close the hood.

Honda Insight:
The Honda Insight is a hybrid electric vehicle that was manufactured and marketed by Honda in its first generation as a two-door, two passenger liftback (1999–2006) and in its second generation as a four-door, five passenger liftback (2009–2014). In its third generation, it became a four-door sedan (2019–present). It was Honda's first model with Integrated Motor Assist system and the most fuel efficient gasoline-powered car available in the U.S. without plug-in capability. EPA estimates for the first-generation Insight were 61 City/70 Highway/65 Combined.

Second generation (ZE2/ZE3; 2010–2014):
The new Insight includes Honda's fifth generation of its Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) hybrid system. This system mates an internal combustion engine with an electric motor mounted directly to the engine's crankshaft between the engine and transmission.
