Описание: When I am sitting in nature, I don't have a script and just talk about whatever comes out of me. Sometimes, I need to release any tension that's in me, and I have a gentle rant that usually comes out at the beginning of filming. It's good to talk! I recorded this clip over 3 years ago.

As a single liveaboard, the nature that surrounds me keeps providing me with great entertainment and which teaches me so much about life. Step onboard and out of the mind, and get ready to slow down, relax, as I share with you my mindful life journey, experiencing the beauty of nature and wildlife along the canal.

MY STORY: I once lived in the fast lane of life, married for 26 years, with two children. Ten years ago, I suddenly lost my wife to cancer. Suffering from depression, one morning, I woke up in hospital after attempting to take my own life. From that moment, and escaping the rat race, finding peace and tranquility on the canal, living on my canal boat, I've managed to turn my life around, get back on my feet, and now live life in the slow lane. In all the peace and stillness that I experience now, my happiness, self-confidence, and love is strong. As I'm inspired by nature myself, my purpose in life is to inspire others by sharing my wonderful experiences. However dark life can get, light can always be found. Dave
