Come back to your center as you join us on this gentle Yoga practice for stress relief and integral health improvement through soothing your nervous system.
This sequence is very powerful to release the tensions in the body, breath and the mind. This practices are very simple so anyone can do it. Practice full of awareness and feel the effects of it from the first time.
ALWAYS do the practice within your own limitations, aware of your body conditions, the capacity of your breath and your range of movement. Going faster or deeper in the positions DO NOT bring more benefit. BENEFITS come with your involvement, your feeling into it.
To invite your awareness and maximize the healing benefits of this practice sincronice the body movements with the breath while keeping your awareness and attention in the process. Exhalation should happen naturally as you contract the body and inhalation as you expand it. This movement patter has a constant fluid rhythm and by going back to it we can correct the irregularities in the movement patterns of our body, breath and mind. Be mindful of the effect of rejoining and experiencing this natural pulsation.
If you feel dizziness, shortness of breath or lack of energy in the body, stop and take a little break. If you feel your mouth dry, take a sip of warm water. and join when you feel calm again.
You will gain benefits even from the first time you do the practice. In order to observe even deeper benefits and strong transformations in your health, try to practice for 2-3 months and experience the transformations in your breath, body and mind. If you keep a constant practice you will be able to observe how stress related issues like anxiety, depression, insomnia & fatigue will gradually be dissolved.
