Ingredients:

Round mold
400g Cream Cheese
40g butter
15g caster sugar
6 eggs (separate egg yolk from egg white)

egg white
70g caster sugar


Note:
In this video I make 2 portion if you want small round or small mold you can use half of each measurement that I wrote.
