Ingredients for Pineapple Jam:
Pineapple - 3
Sugar - 300 gms
Cloves - 12
Pandan Leaves - 5 leaves

Ingredients for Pastry:
Sifted maida flour - 240 gms
Sliced Butter - 150 gms
Baking powder - 1 and 1/5 teaspoons
Egg yolk - 1
ice cold water - 2 table spoons.
